Sully Flats offers a unique experience with our properties, never hunting the same place twice. You will only hunt areas where pheasant habitat are the focus. Food plots, shelter belts, and switch grass are planted and protected just for pheasants. We customize the hunts to meet individual need for terrain and physical condition of our guests. We offer 3 day pheasant hunts from September 1st through January 1st. We have persevere land which lets us hunt a longer season than regular hunting season. Hunters will have to carry a small game or 5 day preserve license. They can be obtained locally or online.
